The client: As a global leader in the manufacture of precision fittings, valves, hoses and a host of other types of pipes and fittings, Swagelok manages 20 manufacturing centers, with over 200 sales and service centers in more than 70 countries. As the company has grown globally since its founding in 1947, it has never forgotten its local roots in Solon, Ohio with a plan to expand and develop its Headquarters for the next evolution of the business.

Our role: REALM was brought in early to engage with the client about the development of a campus environment centered on its employees and office workers to engage with on a daily basis. With its company being grounded in precision equipment development and production, the landscape expression sets the tone for the visitor experience with highly crafted earth berms that help to create a visual edge to the development, while also providing strong edges to the interior campus spaces.
